The Sprint.

Two weeks. As many sessions as you need. When you are in the middle of something that actually matters, an interview, a launch, a decision, a stretch you cannot afford to fumble, you do not need a slow monthly rhythm. You need to practice your way through it in real time, with a guide on call.

You bring

A live, consequential window. An interview in three weeks. A venture you are about to start. A decision that will not wait. Something you are actively inside, where momentum now changes the outcome.

You leave with

Momentum that is yours, not borrowed. A practice you keep using after the two weeks close. And a Retro session that names the pattern that showed up, so the sprint compounds instead of evaporating.

Why two weeks, not two months

My monthly program moves at the pace of a life that is basically steady. This is not that. When you are actively going through something, you cannot afford one session every few weeks; you need to move with it as it unfolds.

So the Sprint takes the monthly program and condenses it into a strictly focused two weeks: unlimited sessions, direct support between them, aimed at one live thing.

And here is the part most coaching gets wrong: you cannot cram or white-knuckle your way through a real moment. You practice your way through it. The Sprint gives you the reps, and a guide within reach while you take them.

How it works

1

Two weeks, unlimited sessions

Book as many sessions as you need, when you need them. Not a fixed schedule; on-demand as the two weeks move. Some days that is one deep session, some days a fast check-in right before the thing happens.

2

Support between sessions

WhatsApp and text, so you are not waiting for the next scheduled call. The night before the interview. The hour the doubt hits. The moment right after it goes sideways. I am reachable while it is live, because that is when the practice actually matters.

3

We close with a Retro

The final session looks back: the pattern that surfaced, what you practiced, what to keep carrying. It turns two intense weeks into something with a spine, so the momentum outlives the sprint.

Who it's for

It is for when it is live, and you want to meet it as the version of you that is not chasing and not bracing, but practicing.

It is not for someone who wants to think about changing someday; this is for a moment already in motion. And if you are in acute crisis or need clinical mental-health care, coaching is not the right support for that; please reach out to a licensed professional first, and come practice with me when you are ready.

From people who've worked with me

"Coaching with Billy is dynamic and reactive; I immediately see progress and change in whatever I'm feeling at the moment. I feel so much lighter and relaxed."
Coaching client
"I used to believe coaching was a scam. I expected it to take seven to twelve months to see results. In barely two months, everything shifted. Meeting Billy was one of the luckiest breaks of my entire life."
