The Autopsy.
One session. One thing that didn't work out. Not what went wrong mechanically; what emotional state drove the decisions that led there. And whether you're about to repeat the pattern right now.
You bring
One thing that didn't work out. A business. A relationship. A project. A dream you gave up on. Something you haven't fully processed.
You leave with
The emotional pattern underneath the failure. Why your decisions made sense at the time. And a clear view of whether that same pattern is running right now.
Why "autopsy"
Because it's clinical. Not emotional. You're not here to cry about what happened (though you might). You're here to understand the mechanism that produced it.
Most people process failure by either burying it or ruminating on it. Neither works. An autopsy does something different: it examines the thing with precision, names what actually happened, and closes the case.
The surprise: by the end, you won't just understand your past failure. You'll see yourself about to repeat it. That's the part most people don't expect.
How it works
Before the session
You fill out a short intake form. Five questions about what happened, when it happened, and where you are with it now. Takes 10 minutes.
The session (90 minutes)
Voice call. Camera optional. We walk through it together; not mechanically, but emotionally. I'm looking for the pattern underneath the decisions.
After the session
Within 48 hours, I send you a written reflection: what I saw, what I think is driving it, and what I'd watch for going forward. This is yours to keep.
From people who've worked with me
"He helped me look at my past with compassion rather than criticism. I didn't need to punish myself for the decisions I made; I needed to understand why I made them. He taught me how to be that person for myself."C. T. — Coaching client
"I used to believe that coaching was a scam. I expected it to take 7 to 12 months to see results. Meeting Billy was one of the luckiest breaks of my entire life. In barely two months, everything shifted."V. R. — Coaching client
"You helped me see angles I wasn't willing to see before. The explanation of cause and effect; the way everything connects. It changed how I understand my own decisions."Roxana — Coaching client
