That face you see when you see yourself in the recording screen. The white screen looking back at you, waiting for you to fill it with words. The prompt says, "What do you want to talk about?".
You're familiar with it. You've seen it countless times. You can see it even with your eyes closed.
And...
It feels so heavy. Like you're always being squeezed out. Waiting to be judged for the next piece of content.
You're spending hours in front of screens to make the PERFECT content!
... Only for it to be buried in an ocean of videos, photos, and writings.
We know exactly how it feels, because we've been in your shoes before.
You're either always ON while feeling stressed,
Struggling to find daily inspiration
Spending way too much time making things look perfect
Looking at the analytics and the numbers
Or you're OFF while feeling shame,
Unable to create with severe burnout
Having moments of inspiration but unable to materialize
Looking at others' content feels triggering
You feel like you're always doing something wrong, or could be doing something better. Like it's your problem.
What if you...
Never properly learned content creation FOR THE SAKE of content creation?
Were primed by tech companies to always notice the numbers and how they can be improved?
Participated in other craving-based systems and can't turn it off for content creation?
These are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to WHY we create content in such a stressful, suffering-oriented way.
To change this, we need to work on two fronts: learn how to create content in a sustainable way and unlearn programmed methodologies of stress.
What if content creation wasn’t just another "task" but your soul's way to express itself, magnetize your people, and honour your natural cycles?
The majority of content creation tips, templates, advice, strategies, and courses are either too ON-focused / masculine energy ("just do it!") or too OFF-focused / feminine energy ("go with the flow!").
We fall into the trap thinking that we are lazy, inconsistent, not good enough, or need to show up a certain way.
In reality, the way you create, share, and show up online isn’t meant to be pushed constantly or just be in pure flow. Instead, it’s meant to be tuned in, attuned to your body, your truth, and your energy.
In this 4-week program, we’ll return to the middle way of content creation.
So not only will you create with ease but also you'll feel grounded knowing you'll return back to center no matter what life throws at you.
Spoiler Alert: Here’s the ONE reason why you stop creating content.
You may burn out of creating content. You may stop because you’re not seeing the results you want in terms of numbers. You may get too busy with other things. On the surface these seem like different reasons to stop creating content. But much like the leaves of a tree that come from one root, it comes from one underlying reason: You don’t know why you create.
Here’s what I really mean. Most people have an immediate goal when it comes to content creation. You might start to:
Potentially make it your career
Have more fun with your life and document it
Build a personal brand
Sell something you have
And so on. But what happens when you actually achieve that immediate goal?
Suppose you DO hit your follower goal of 100k. Now what? Suppose you are able to monetize your YouTube account. Now what? Suppose you do steadily get 1M views on your reels. Now what?
It feels like that sense of accomplishment from these milestones will change your life forever. But the thing is, over time you will feel exactly like you feel right now, just with more pressure.
As a beginner you have beginner problems. What you might not realize is, when you become seasoned you will have seasoned problems, such as:
Bots, impersonator accounts scamming your followers
People constantly reposting your content without credit
More eyes on your content = more reports on your account when you say something people don’t like
The above having an impact on your INCOME
So despite this, why should you continue?
Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with having an on-and-off relationship with content creation or trying it out and stopping. The reason why I’m asking you this question is so that this wonderful art of content creation doesn’t become a reason for you to suffer.
Having a clear why will give you clarity in your purpose and make it easier for you to keep going when things feel hard. Stop when you created enough for the day. Pivot when you want to talk about different things. Receive and give with your community. You will be creating without suffering, and to us that sounds pretty great.
No longer subscribing to the hustle culture, grind mentality, and burnout for productivity
Feeling drained and unmotivated by traditional marketing and business strategies and tactics
Having a deep innate desire to share your wisdom, knowledge, experiences, skills, and talents with others while doing so with ease and groundedness
Looking for a more consistent way to share without getting stuck in a constant alignment with the moons and stars
Having body-related conditions such as chronic fatigue, ADHD, painful menstrual cycles, persistent health issues, etc
Seeking the middle way to stop yourself from being on one extreme to another
🛣️ You'll go from always drawing from empty 😵💫 to knowing exactly what to say 😎
🛣️ You'll know when it's a good time to stop ✋ and when to strive earnestly 💪
🛣️ You'll be swimming 🏊 in more time spent with life instead of screens
🛣️ You'll connect to others 🥰 instead of using them as metrics 📈
But most importantly: You will get to love living your life more as you share it.
